The most spread-out island in the chain. Trails from town fan out to Pattern Bush, Ruin Valley, Green Path, and the Water Path, with Outcast Island a Surf away off the coast.

A Sun Stone and a Dragon Scale make this island a stop for evolution hunters, since both are tough to track down. A Star Piece, an HP Up, a PP Up, and scattered berries fill out the haul.

A nutritious drink for Pokemon. It raises the base HP of one Pokemon.

When held by a Pokemon, it will be used in battle for defrosting.

A somewhat different BALL that works especially well on WATER- and BUG-type Pokemon.
Oran Berry
When held by a Pokemon, it will be used in battle to restore 10 HP.
Pinap Berry
Can be ground up into a powder as an ingredient for medicine.
Star Piece
A shard of a pretty gem that sparkles in a red color. It can be sold at a high price.
Ultra Ball
A very high-grade BALL that offers a higher Pokemon catch rate than a GREAT BALL.
Escape Rope
A long, durable rope. Use it to escape instantly from a cave or a dungeon.
Full Heal
A spray-type medicine. It heals all the status problems of one Pokemon.
Full Restore
A medicine that fully restores the HP and heals any status problems of one Pokemon.
Max Potion
A spray-type wound medicine. It fully restores the HP of one Pokemon.
Max Repel
Prevents weak wild Pokemon from appearing for 250 steps.
Revive
A medicine that revives a fainted Pokemon, restoring HP by half the maximum amount.
Ultra Ball
A very high-grade BALL that offers a higher Pokemon catch rate than a GREAT BALL.
Six Island Guide
Islands One through Three unlock after you beat Blaine on Cinnabar Island. Bill takes you there as part of the story. Islands Four through Seven require beating the Elite Four first, then completing Celio's Ruby and Sapphire quest on One Island to get the Rainbow Pass.
You can physically reach all seven islands without it, but evolved Johto Pokemon only show up in the wild after you get the National Dex. That means 60 or more Pokedex entries plus completing Celio's quest. If you're only seeing Kanto species, that's why.
