GlassVolcanion appears at the volcanic peak in Rocky Ridges after you throw a party for the area's Pokemon. Getting there means maxing the Mood meter through Stereo Rotom's quest chain.
- Find and give a CD to DJ Rotom (Stereo Rotom) from nearby glowing blocks to start playing music.
- Find the Large Lost Relic buried in volcanic ash and have Professor Tangrowth appraise it. Place it as a centerpiece.
- Create an Uplifting Duckweed habitat by pulling 4 Duckweed from water using powered-up Leafage. Ludicolo arrives to perform.
- Place decorations (balloons, microphone, speakers, dancing stage) and craft 5 Party Platters using Iron Ingots. Fill them with food.
- Once Mood hits 100, place a Party Cooking Pot on soil and cook Grand Curry with Chef Dente and 4 Pokemon: 15 Leppa Berries, 15 Wheat, 15 Beans, and 5 Honey. Takes about 5 minutes.
- Talk to Professor Tangrowth. Volcanion appears at the volcanic peak. Use Water Gun to solidify lava blocks and climb the mountain to reach it.
- Volcanion celebrates with a firework display. Talk to Tangrowth to finish the quest and register Volcanion.
Volcanion is really into lots of fire and lots of water. It also loves spicy food, so cook a few spicy dishes when you can.
