Steps#
- Raise the Environment Level of the area to at least Level 3.
- Purchase the Pokemon Center kit from the PC Store (it becomes available at Env Level 3).
- Gather the required materials — these vary per area (see table below).
- Place the kit at a suitable location in the area.
- Lead 8 Pokemon with Build, Bulldoze, and Chop specialties to the construction site.
- Wait for construction to complete, then enter to access the three services.
