Pokopia lets you dress up your character with over 130 clothing items and accessories found throughout the game. Every item falls into one of six categories: Outfits (full-body sets), Tops, Pants, Hats, Bags, and Shoes. You can mix and match individual pieces or wear a complete Outfit that replaces your top and bottom at once.
Most clothing is unlocked by completing requests, progressing through the story, or purchasing from shops in different habitats. Some items are available early in Greenhaven Gardens, while others require reaching later areas like Bleak Beach or Cloudtop Summit. Rarer pieces come from special events, NPC friendship milestones, or hidden side quests.

You can change your character's appearance at any wardrobe station in the game. Clothing items are split into six slots: Outfit (replaces top and bottom together), Top, Pants, Hat, Bag, and Shoes. Once you unlock an item, it stays in your wardrobe permanently and you can swap freely.
Outfits are full-body sets that replace both your Top and Pants slots at once. They give a coordinated look but lock you out of mixing and matching those two slots. Individual Tops and Pants can be combined freely with any other pieces. Hats, Bags, and Shoes work independently regardless of whether you wear an Outfit or separate Top/Pants.
Yes. When you interact with a shop or receive an item as a quest reward, the game shows a preview of how it looks on your character before you confirm. Items already in your wardrobe can be previewed by selecting them at any wardrobe station.
Yes. Each major area in the game has its own shop with unique items. Greenhaven Gardens has starter clothing, Bleak Beach stocks beach and summer wear, and Cloudtop Summit offers cold-weather gear. You cannot buy habitat-exclusive items from other shops, so you need to visit each area to complete your collection.
Clothing is purely cosmetic in Pokopia. No item gives stat boosts, movement speed changes, or gameplay advantages. Your choice of outfit has no effect on Pokemon friendship, specialty performance, or quest outcomes. It is entirely for personal expression and screenshots.
There are 134 confirmed customization items: 15 Outfits, 29 Tops, 29 Pants, 22 Hats, 18 Bags, and 21 pairs of Shoes. More items may be added through future updates or seasonal events.
