Zapdos needs the Abandoned Power Plant kit. Unlike the other bird kits, this one is purchased from the Pokemon Center shop in Palette Town rather than found as a pickup.
- Buy the Abandoned Power Plant Kit from the Pokemon Center shop in Palette Town.
- Have at least 15 Pokemon living in the area, including Pokemon with Build, Fly, Crush, and Generate specialties.
- Gather the required materials listed below.
- Build the Abandoned Power Plant. Zapdos shows up when it's done.
