- Visit the island. Entei's spawn is random and may take several visits.
- Focus on small enclosed rooms where the wall material is visibly different from the rest of the island. These rooms have the highest spawn chance for legendaries.
- Befriend Entei when it appears.
Entei loves lots of fire and symbols. Add things it likes to its habitat and comfort goes up. Check its mood at the Pokemon Center.
