Where To Catch Zubat in ORAS
To get Zubat, start by catching Zubat through walking and surfing encounters at Lv. 6-46. The chain covers 2 catchable stages before reaching the final form.
Electric, Ice, Psychic, and Rock moves hit Zubat for super-effective damage. The upside? Ground-type moves can't touch it at all. The Poison/Flying typing picks up 5 resistances to work with.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Weavile can KO Zubat with Ice Shard (146-172%). Raikou threatens a KO with Thunderbolt (194-228%). Terrakion's Stone Edge also KOs at 381-449%.
Zubat kicks off a three-stage evolution line through Golbat all the way to Crobat. For breeding, quick to hatch with plenty of partners via one egg group. The evolved forms gain up to 290 total stats over Zubat. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
Poison/Flying at 45 Attack with AbilityInfiltrator as a hidden ability bypassing defensive screens. The moveset fires at pre-evolution stats with no way to compete. Crobat two evolutions away adds 130 Speed and enough Attack to earn a real team slot through sheer speed.
Don't skip the egg moves. Zubat picks up Brave Bird and Curse only through breeding, and both fill gaps the natural movepool can't. STAB runs through Brave Bird and Fly while coverage across 9 types adds range.
