Same fate as Wobbuffet: AbilityShadow Tag trapping at 95 HP with 23 in both offenses and defenses. The moveset can't deal direct damage. Generational nerfs to AbilityShadow Tag interactions gutted the strategy. F-tier pre-evo of an F-tier Pokemon.
