Wobbuffet Black 2 & White 2 Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, Wobbuffet's biggest threats include Heracross (Bug), Misdreavus (Ghost), and Tyranitar (Dark), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. At base 33 Speed, Wobbuffet won't outrun any of these threats so switching to a resist is usually the safer play.
In Black 2 & White 2, Wobbuffet can work for a story run. 405 BST is average, but Psychic typing fills a niche depending on your team composition.
For Black 2 & White 2, we rate Wobbuffet C-Tier: a niche pick in Black 2 & White 2's meta. At 405 BST, it fits the support role. Counter with Leftovers is the standard set.
Shadow Tag is the go-to ability for Wobbuffet. It prevents opponents from fleeing or switching out. Its hidden ability Telepathy can work in specific setups.
Base 33 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Wobbuffet is a mixed attacker with base 33 Attack and 33 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits. Best used as a support.
