USUM Wigglytuff Best Moveset
140 HP is among the highest in the format, but 45/50 defenses and 45 Speed undercut it entirely. AbilityCompetitive raises Sp. Atk when stats drop, and 85 Sp. Atk gives the moveset moderate power after a boost. Normal/Fairy adds Dragon immunity. The defenses still can't keep Wigglytuff on the field.
