Ice at 65 Sp. Atk with AbilityIce Body healing in hail and AbilityWeak Armor trading Defense for Speed as a hidden ability. The moveset at pre-evolution stats does nothing. Vanilluxe two evolutions away earns B-tier through AbilitySnow Warning and 110 Sp. Atk.
