Ursaluna Best Moveset
Ground/Normal at 140 Attack and 130 HP with AbilityGuts boosting Attack 50% under status. Held ItemFlame Orb triggers Guts turn one. NatureAdamant pushes effective Attack beyond 200. The moveset fires the hardest-hitting physical Ground damage outside of legendaries. 50 Speed means going last. 105 Defense absorbs the hit that comes first. A-Tier through raw physical power.
Ursaluna held a solid A-Tier position in Gen IX. This was Ursaluna's competitive peak. Its most popular set ran Guts with Flame Orb, favoring a Adamant nature.

Ursaluna Weakness
Water, Grass, Ice, and Fighting moves hit Ursaluna for super-effective damage. The upside? Electric and Ghost-type moves can't touch it at all. Ursaluna's physical bulk (base 105 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.

Base Stats
Raw Attack carries Ursaluna's bulk more than the defenses do. Sp. Atk barely registers. But that HP pool covers for it. A very hard to catch Peat Pokemon that yields 3 Attack EVs on a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
I believe it was Hisui’s swampy terrain that gave Ursaluna its burly physique and newfound capacity to manipulate peat at will.
Ursaluna Guide
We rate Ursaluna B-Tier: a solid choice for the right team. At 550 BST, it fits the wallbreaker role. Base 140 Attack stands out.
Guts increases Attack to 1.5× with a major status ailment. That's the one you want on Ursaluna. Unnerve is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses. Bulletproof works too if your team needs something different.
Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Ursaluna is a physical attacker with base 140 Attack. Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits. Best used as a wallbreaker.
Run Facade, Headlongrush, Earthquake, and Swords Dance on Ursaluna. Facade is the most common pick at 0% usage. Facade provides reliable STAB damage.
Game Availability
Ursaluna joined the series in Sword & Shield and has been available in 2 titles so far. With 3 generations of appearances, it's established itself despite the later start.
