USUM Torchic Best Moveset
Fire at 70 Sp. Atk with AbilityBlaze and AbilitySpeed Boost raising Speed by one stage every turn as a hidden ability. The moveset at pre-evolution stats has no function despite the Speed gains. Blaziken two evolutions away earns S-tier through AbilitySpeed Boost.
