Normal/Flying at 40 offenses with AbilityNatural Cure clearing status on the switch and AbilityCloud Nine disabling weather as a hidden ability. The moveset at pre-evolution stats has no function. Altaria one evolution away shifts to Dragon/Flying with Mega access and AbilityPixilate.
