Sunflora Evolutions
Sunflora doesn't evolve through normal leveling. You'll need an evolution item to get here from Sunkern's line. Breed this form to get Sunkern eggs (average hatch time). Evolving from Sunkern gave Sunflora the biggest boost in Sp.Atk (+75), bringing the total to 425 stats. View every chain in the Evolution Chart.
How to Evolve
B2W2 Sunflora Best Moveset
105 Sp. Atk is the one competitive stat, but 30 Speed means everything hits first. AbilityChlorophyll in sun doubles to 60, still not fast enough. The moveset fires Grass TermStab hard when it gets to act but rarely survives to that point.

Moves List
Breeding opens up real options for Sunflora. Bide and Curse come exclusively from egg moves, and they're worth the effort. The rest of the kit covers basics through Leaf Storm and Petal Dance and Normal and Poison coverage.

Sunflora Black 2 & White 2 Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, Sunflora's biggest threats include Charizard (Fire), Cloyster (Ice), and Crobat (Poison), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Flying and Bug-type attackers are also a problem. With 5 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter. At base 30 Speed, Sunflora won't outrun any of these threats so switching to a resist is usually the safer play.
In Black 2 & White 2, Sunflora can work for a story run. 425 BST is average, but Grass typing fills a niche depending on your team composition.
In Black 2 & White 2, Don't let Sunflora's 425 base stat total fool you. Chlorophyll is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier as an attacker. Earthpower with Choice Specs is the standard set.
In Black 2 & White 2, Run Chlorophyll on Sunflora. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Sunflora also gets Solar Power and Early Bird, but they don't compare.
In Black 2 & White 2, Sunflora fills the attacker role. It's a special attacker with base 105 Sp. Atk. Base 30 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
Game Availability
Sunflora has been available in 16 games since Gold & Silver, though obtaining it requires an item-based evolution. This extra step makes it less common than Pokemon found through standard wild encounters.
