In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Gengar can KO Snover with Sludge Bomb (207-243%). Salamence threatens a KO with Outrage (119-140%). Scizor's Superpower also KOs at 232-272%.

Grass/Ice at 62 offenses with AbilitySnow Warning setting hail on entry. AbilitySoundproof as a hidden ability blocks sound moves. The moveset fires at pre-evolution power. Mega Abomasnow one evolution away adds 132/132 offenses.
You'll want to breed for Avalanche and Bullet Seed on Snover. These egg moves aren't just nice to have. Combined with STAB from Wood Hammer and Solar Beam, they expand what Snover can actually threaten in practice.
