Registeel is a static encounter at Unova Underground Ruins in Black 2 & White 2. Registeel appears at level 65. Prerequisite: Requires Iron Key. Save before the encounter. These one-shot Pokemon don't respawn if you knock them out or run out of Poke Balls.
Clear Body prevents stats from being lowered by other Pokémon. That's the one you want on Registeel. Light Metal is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Registeel is a physical attacker with base 75 Attack. Defensively? Tanky enough to absorb a few hits. Best used as a wall.
