Regirock Weakness
Water, Grass, Fighting, Ground, and Steel moves hit Regirock for super-effective damage. The Rock typing picks up 4 resistances to work with. Regirock's physical bulk (base 200 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.

USUM Regirock Best Moveset
200 Defense absorbs physical hits at one of the highest levels in the format. AbilitySturdy as a hidden ability guarantees surviving one hit from full HP. But 50 offenses and 50 Speed leave the moveset unable to threaten anything or act before opponents set up. MoveStealth Rock is the primary contribution. E-tier through enormous physical bulk without any offensive path.

Moves List
The level-up pool tells the story here. Regirock learns Explosion and Stone Edge naturally, plus enough variety that TMs feel like bonuses. Coverage across 8 types extends the reach beyond that.

Regirock Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Guide
For the Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon meta, At 580 BST, Regirock is built different. We rank it B-Tier. As a Legendary Pokemon, the raw stats back up the reputation. Best used as a tank. Stone Edge with Leftovers is the standard set.
Regirock is a static encounter at Alola Ultra Space Wilds in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon. Regirock appears at level 60. Prerequisite: LIMITED. Save before the encounter. These one-shot Pokemon don't respawn if you knock them out or run out of Poke Balls.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, watch for Starmie (Water), Venusaur (Grass), and Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Regirock. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Ground and Steel-type attackers are also a problem. With 5 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter. Regirock has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
Clear Body prevents stats from being lowered by other Pokémon. That's the one you want on Regirock. Sturdy is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Regirock is a physical attacker with base 100 Attack. Tanky enough to absorb a few hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. Fits the tank role.
