ORAS Regirock Best Moveset
200 Defense absorbs physical attacks at one of the highest levels available. 100 Attack fires Rock TermStab at real power. AbilitySturdy as a hidden ability survives one hit from full HP. The moveset earns C-tier through pure physical bulk, though single Rock typing limits defensive utility.

Moves List
The level-up pool is slim, so TMs matter here. Regirock's coverage across 8 types all comes from technical machines, built on top of Stone Edge and Rock Slide for same-type damage. Explosion and Stone Edge are the payoff moves.

Base Stats
Regirock was sealed away by people long ago. If this Pokémon’s body is damaged in battle, it is said to seek out suitable rocks on its own to repair itself.
Regirock’s body is composed entirely of rocks. Recently, a study made the startling discovery that the rocks were all unearthed from different locations.
Regirock Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Guide
For the Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire meta, At 580 BST, Regirock is built different. We rank it B-Tier. As a Legendary Pokemon, the raw stats back up the reputation. Best used as a tank. Stone Edge with Assault Vest is the standard set.
Regirock is a static encounter at Route 111 in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire. Regirock appears at level 40. Prerequisite: LIMITED; Requires opening door from Sealed Chamber. Save before the encounter. These one-shot Pokemon don't respawn if you knock them out or run out of Poke Balls.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, watch for Starmie (Water), Venusaur (Grass), and Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Regirock. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Ground and Steel-type attackers are also a problem. With 5 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter. Regirock has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
Clear Body prevents stats from being lowered by other Pokémon. That's the one you want on Regirock. Sturdy is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Regirock is a physical attacker with base 100 Attack. Tanky enough to absorb a few hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. Fits the tank role.
Game Availability
Since Ruby & Sapphire, Regirock has appeared in 15 games. Legendary Pokemon like Regirock are usually found through story events or special post-game areas rather than random encounters.
