Regirock Weakness
Water, Grass, Fighting, Ground, and Steel moves hit Regirock for super-effective damage. The Rock typing picks up 4 resistances to work with. Regirock's physical bulk (base 200 Def) helps cushion physical weakness hits, but special attackers are the bigger threat.

B2W2 Regirock Best Moveset
200 Defense absorbs physical attacks at levels few Pokemon in the format can match. 100 Attack fires Rock TermStab back at real power. AbilityClear Body prevents stat drops. The moveset answers physical attackers by simply not taking meaningful damage, but 50 Speed and 100 Sp. Def leave it vulnerable to special hits.

Moves List
The level-up pool is slim, so TMs matter here. Regirock's coverage across 8 types all comes from technical machines, built on top of Stone Edge and Rock Slide for same-type damage. Explosion and Superpower are the payoff moves.

Regirock Black 2 & White 2 Guide
For the Black 2 & White 2 meta, At 580 BST, Regirock is built different. We rank it B-Tier. As a Legendary Pokemon, the raw stats back up the reputation. Best used as a tank. Thunder Wave with Sitrus Berry is the standard set.
Regirock is a static encounter at Unova Underground Ruins in Black 2 & White 2. Regirock appears at level 65. Save before the encounter. These one-shot Pokemon don't respawn if you knock them out or run out of Poke Balls.
In Black 2 & White 2, watch for Starmie (Water), Venusaur (Grass), and Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Regirock. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Ground and Steel-type attackers are also a problem. With 5 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter. Regirock has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
Clear Body prevents stats from being lowered by other Pokémon. That's the one you want on Regirock. Sturdy is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Regirock is a physical attacker with base 100 Attack. Tanky enough to absorb a few hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 50 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. Fits the tank role.
