USUM Ralts Best Moveset
Psychic/Fairy at 45 Sp. Atk with AbilityTrace copying the opponent's ability and AbilityTelepathy avoiding ally damage as a hidden ability. The moveset at pre-evolution stats does nothing. Gardevoir two evolutions away earns B-tier, and Gallade takes the physical path.
