The males are usually lazy, but when attacked by a strong foe, a male will protect its friends with no regard for its own safety.
The temperature of its breath is over 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit, but Pyroar doesn’t use it on its prey. This Pokémon prefers to eat raw meat.
Pyroar Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Guide

In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Pyroar's biggest threats include Milotic (Water), Conkeldurr (Fighting), and Excadrill (Ground), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Rock-type attackers are also a problem.
Rivalry is the go-to ability for Pyroar. It increases damage inflicted to 1.25× against Pokémon of the same gender, but decreases damage to 0.75× against the opposite gender. Its hidden ability Moxie can work in specific setups. Unnerve is the other option. Pick based on what your team needs.
Pyroar is a special attacker with base 109 Sp. Atk. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 106 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the sweeper role.
For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, the core moveset is Hypervoice, Flamethrower, Dark Pulse, and Fire Blast. Hypervoice leads at 0% usage. Flamethrower provides reliable STAB damage.
