B2W2 Poliwag Best Moveset
Water typing at 40 in most stats can't answer anything. AbilitySwift Swim doubles Speed in rain, but the moveset lacks damage output even at doubled Speed. Poliwrath two evolutions away adds the Fighting typing and bulk to function in rain.
