Mightyena Best Moveset
Dark at 90 Attack and 70 Speed with AbilityIntimidate lowering opposing Attack on entry. AbilityMoxie boosts Attack after each KO for snowball potential. The moveset runs physical Dark TermStab with Intimidate cycling. 70/60/60 bulk is thin. Functional Intimidate user in the lowest tiers.
Route 1 Dark-type in Gen III (Ruby & Sapphire). 90 Attack with Intimidate had some bite, but 420 BST spread thin across every stat.

Base Stats
Attack and HP carry most of Mightyena's stat budget. Sp. Atk's the obvious dump stat. Common in the wild and yields 2 Attack EVs. Follows a medium-fast 1M XP curve.
It chases down prey in a pack. It will never disobey the commands of a skilled Trainer.
Mightyena Guide
Mightyena can work for a story run. 420 BST is average, but Dark typing fills a niche depending on your team composition.
Intimidate changes the entire equation for Mightyena. The 420 BST doesn't tell the full story. Ranked C-Tier.
Intimidate is what you want on Mightyena. Every competitive set worth running is built with that ability in mind. The alternatives (Quick Feet, Moxie) work on paper but Intimidate is what makes Mightyena worth using.
Base 70 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Mightyena is a physical attacker with base 90 Attack. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two.
Game Availability
Available in 14 titles since its debut in Ruby & Sapphire, Mightyena spans 8 generations of Pokemon games. It's accessible through wild encounters in a solid number of games.
