100 Defense and 100 Sp. Def with AbilityLeaf Guard blocking status in sun as a hidden ability. Pure Grass typing and 83 Sp. Atk leave the moveset without the offensive power or coverage to threaten anything. Support through MoveAromatherapy and MoveLeech Seed is the only path, and better Grass-types fill it.

For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, we rate Meganium C-Tier: a niche pick in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon's meta. At 525 BST, the stats are spread pretty evenly. Leech Seed with Leftovers is the standard set.
Overgrow is the go-to ability for Meganium. It strengthens grass moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. Its hidden ability Leaf Guard can work in specific setups.
