Electric/Steel at 95 Sp. Atk with AbilityMagnet Pull preventing Steel-types from switching out. The moveset at pre-evolution bulk cannot survive long enough to use the ability. Magneton one evolution away adds 120 Sp. Atk and reaches A-tier.
