B2W2 Lotad Best Moveset
Water/Grass at 40 Sp. Atk can't threaten anything. AbilitySwift Swim doubles Speed in rain, and AbilityRain Dish heals in rain. The moveset previews Ludicolo's rain identity at unusable stats. Two evolutions away.
