Lombre is a static encounter at Alola Ultra Space Wilds in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon. Lombre appears at level 60. Prerequisite: UNCOMMON. Save before the encounter. These one-shot Pokemon don't respawn if you knock them out or run out of Poke Balls.
For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, you can run Lombre through the first few routes without issues. 340 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Ludicolo as fast as you can.
