Normal/Fairy at 90 HP but 15 Defense and 20 Sp. Def with AbilityCompetitive raising Sp. Atk when stats drop. The moveset at these defenses goes down to any attack. Wigglytuff two evolutions away adds 140 HP but the same frailty problem.
