Glaceon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Guide
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Glaceon has a 525 base stat total and ranks as C-Tier: a niche pick in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire's meta. It works best as a support. Shadow Ball with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, watch for Infernape (Fire), Machamp (Fighting), and Aerodactyl (Rock) when using Glaceon. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Steel-type attackers are also a problem.
Snow Cloak increases evasion to 1.25× during hail. That's the one you want on Glaceon. Ice Body is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, Glaceon fills the support role. It's a special attacker with base 130 Sp. Atk. At base 65 Speed, it won't be moving first often. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, run Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Hiddenpowerground, and Hail on Glaceon. Shadow Ball is the most common pick at 0% usage. This set covers the support role with a mix of damage and utility.
Game Availability
Glaceon has been available in 14 games since Diamond & Pearl, though obtaining it requires an item-based evolution. This extra step makes it less common than Pokemon found through standard wild encounters.
