Is Exeggutor Good in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Playthrough?
Alolan Exeggutor's Grass/Dragon typing is unique to the region. Dragon gives it offensive reach that other Grass-types lack, but the four-times Ice weakness is rough with Kahili's E4 lurking. Best used through Olivia and Hapu before the endgame punishes the typing.

Base Stats
Exeggutor is the pride of the Alolan people. Its image is carved into historical buildings and murals.
It swings its long neck like a whip and smacks its opponents. This makes Exeggutor itself dizzy, too.
Exeggutor Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Guide
For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, we rate Exeggutor C-Tier: a niche pick in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon's meta. At 530 BST, it fits the wallbreaker role. Psychic with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, watch for Cloyster (Ice), Nidoking (Poison), and Dodrio (Flying) when using Exeggutor. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Cloyster is the most dangerous since Ice moves deal 4x damage. Bug, Dragon, and Fairy-type attackers are also a problem. With 6 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter.
Frisk reveals an opponent's held item upon entering battle. That's the one you want on Exeggutor. Harvest is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Base 45 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. On offense, Exeggutor is a special attacker with base 125 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a wallbreaker.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, run Psychic, Sleep Powder, Giga Drain, and Leech Seed on Exeggutor. Psychic is the most common pick at 0% usage. Psychic provides reliable STAB damage.
