Durant Black 2 & White 2 Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, Durant works as a sweeper with 484 BST behind it. B-Tier on our list: a solid option in Black 2 & White 2 for the right team. Ironhead with Life Orb is the standard set.
In Black 2 & White 2, Durant's biggest threats include Blaziken (Fire), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Blaziken is the most dangerous since Fire moves deal 4x damage. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about. Durant's base 109 Speed lets it outpace many threats and strike first, which matters more than trying to tank hits.
Swarm is the go-to ability for Durant. It strengthens bug moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. Its hidden ability Truant can work in specific setups. Hustle is the other option. Pick based on what your team needs.
Durant is a physical attacker with base 109 Attack. Enough bulk to take a hit or two, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 109 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the sweeper role.
For Black 2 & White 2, the core moveset is Ironhead, Honeclaws, Xscissor, and Rock Slide. Ironhead leads at 0% usage. This set covers the sweeper role with a mix of damage and utility.
