USUM Drampa Best Moveset
135 Sp. Atk with AbilityBerserk raising Sp. Atk when HP drops below 50%%. Normal/Dragon TermStab at enormous power. AbilitySap Sipper absorbs Grass as an alternative. But 36 Speed acts dead last against everything. The moveset has Berserk power that grows when damaged on a Pokemon too slow to capitalize.

Base Stats

Drampa Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Guide
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Don't let Drampa's 485 base stat total fool you. Sap Sipper is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it C-Tier as a wallbreaker. Draco Meteor with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Drampa's biggest threats include Lapras (Ice), Hitmonlee (Fighting), and Salamence (Dragon), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Fairy-type attackers are also a problem. At base 36 Speed, Drampa won't outrun any of these threats so switching to a resist is usually the safer play.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Run Sap Sipper on Drampa. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche. Drampa also gets Berserk and Cloud Nine, but they don't compare.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Drampa fills the wallbreaker role. It's a special attacker with base 135 Sp. Atk. Base 36 Speed is low. Priority moves or Trick Room are the way to go. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, the core moveset is Draco Meteor, Flamethrower, Dragon Pulse, and Roost. Draco Meteor leads at 0% usage. This set covers the wallbreaker role with a mix of damage and utility.
Game Availability
Introduced in Sun & Moon, Drampa has appeared in 4 games across 4 generations. Later debuts mean fewer total appearances, but it's been a consistent presence since its introduction.
