95 Speed with AbilityArena Trap preventing grounded opponents from switching out. 10 HP and 25 Defense mean Diglett goes down to any hit that lands. The Alolan form adds Steel typing but the same fragility. The moveset locks specific targets in but cannot survive to act twice. Dugtrio one evolution away adds 100 Speed.
