Dewott Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Guide
Dewott is meant to evolve into Samurott. At 413 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.
Torrent is the go-to ability for Dewott. It strengthens water moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. Its hidden ability Shell Armor can work in specific setups.
At base 60 Speed, it won't be moving first often. On offense, Dewott is a physical attacker with base 75 Attack.
For Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, you can run Dewott through the first few routes without issues. 413 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Samurott as fast as you can.
Game Availability
