For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, we rate Delphox C-Tier: a niche pick in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon's meta. At 534 BST, it fits the sweeper role. Psychic with Air Balloon is the standard set.
Blaze strengthens fire moves to inflict 1.5× damage at 1/3 max HP or less. That's the one you want on Delphox. Magician is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses.
Base 104 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. On offense, Delphox is a special attacker with base 114 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Enough bulk to take a hit or two. Best used as a sweeper.
