Delcatty Black 2 & White 2 Guide
In Black 2 & White 2, watch for Hitmonlee (Fighting) when using Delcatty. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
In Black 2 & White 2, Delcatty has niche appeal at best. 380 base stats means you're fighting uphill by mid-game. There are better Normal Pokemon available.
For Black 2 & White 2, we rate Delcatty C-Tier: a niche pick in Black 2 & White 2's meta. At 380 BST, it fits the support role. Fakeout with Silkscarf is the standard set.
Cute Charm has a 30% chance of infatuating attacking Pokémon on contact. That's the one you want on Delcatty. Wonder Skin is the hidden ability. Niche, but it has its uses. Normalize works too if your team needs something different.
Base 70 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Delcatty is a physical attacker with base 65 Attack. Best used as a support.
Game Availability
Obtainable through an item-based evolution, Delcatty appears in 13 titles across 8 generations since Ruby & Sapphire. The evolution method adds a barrier that wild-catchable Pokemon don't have.
