Celebi Weakness
Celebi's Psychic/Grass typing leaves it vulnerable to Bug, Fire, Ice, Poison, Flying, Ghost, and Dark. Bug hits land at 4x, so they're the biggest threat. It resists 6 types, so it can switch into a lot of moves safely. Celebi's overall bulk (100/100/100) lets it take a hit or two from most weaknesses before going down.

Celebi Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Guide
For the Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire meta, At 600 BST, Celebi is built different. We rank it B-Tier. As a Mythical Pokemon, the raw stats back up the reputation. Best used as a sweeper. Giga Drain with Leftovers is the standard set.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, watch for Scizor (Bug), Arcanine (Fire), and Lapras (Ice) when using Celebi. They all hit it super-effectively with STAB. Scizor is the most dangerous since Bug moves deal 4x damage. Poison, Flying, Ghost, and Dark-type attackers are also a problem. With 7 weakness types, most competitive teams carry at least one counter. Celebi has enough bulk to absorb a hit, but don't push the matchup. Pivot to a teammate that resists.
Celebi gets Natural Cure. But Natural Cure is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that. With base 100 Speed, Natural Cure gives Celebi an edge before opponents can react.
Celebi is a mixed attacker with base 100 Attack and 100 Sp. Atk. Tanky enough to absorb a few hits, too. Speed tells the real story. Base 100 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the sweeper role.
In Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, run Giga Drain, Recover, Stealth Rock, and U Turn on Celebi. Giga Drain is the most common pick at 0% usage. This set covers the sweeper role with a mix of damage and utility.
