Water/Dark at 90 Attack with AbilityRough Skin damaging physical attackers and AbilitySpeed Boost raising Speed every turn as a hidden ability. The moveset at pre-evolution bulk crumbles instantly despite the offensive stats. Sharpedo one evolution away earns B-tier through Mega and Speed Boost.
