Is Banette Good in Legends: Z-A Playthrough?
Fist of Justice Gwynn uses Banette on her Ghost team. Mega Banette pushes the physical Attack high enough to hit harder than most Ghost-types in the game. Ghost coverage handles Psychic matchups and immune-to-Normal encounters. Available through Hyperspace around level 37. A strong Ghost pick for the mid-to-late faction stretch.

Banette Legends: Z-A Guide
In Legends: Z-A, Don't let Banette's 555 base stat total fool you. Prankster is what makes it tick. It punches way above its weight class. We rate it B-Tier as a cannon. Destinybond with Focus Sash is the standard set.
Mega Evolution isn't available in Legends: Z-A, but Banette does have a Mega form in Gen 6-7 games (X/Y, ORAS, Sun/Moon). Mega Banette hits 655 BST.
In Legends: Z-A, Run Prankster on Banette. It's the ability that defines how you build around it and the main reason it holds a competitive niche.
In Legends: Z-A, Banette fills the cannon role. It's a physical attacker with base 165 Attack. Base 75 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. And it's enough bulk to take a hit or two.
Game Availability
Banette first appeared in Ruby & Sapphire and spans 15 games across 8 generations. It later gained a Mega form in Generation 6, adding new dimensions to its competitive identity.
