Mega Altaria gains Fairy typing and AbilityPixilate converting Normal moves to Fairy with a power boost, turning MoveReturn into the strongest physical Fairy attack available from 110 Attack. Without the Mega Stone, 70/70 offenses at 80 Speed leave the base moveset unable to threaten. D-tier through Mega-dependent identity.
