As it did more and more with its tail, its hands became clumsy. It makes its nest high in the treetops.
It searches for prey from the tops of trees. When it spots its favorite food, Bounsweet, Aipom gets excited and pounces.
Aipom Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon Guide
Aipom is meant to evolve into Ambipom. At 360 BST, the stats aren't there for competitive play yet. Pre-evolution Pokemon rarely hold up against fully evolved threats.
In Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, Aipom's biggest threats include Machamp (Fighting), all carrying super-effective STAB moves. Only 1 weakness means fewer dedicated counters to worry about.
Run Away is the go-to ability for Aipom. It ensures success fleeing from wild battles. Its hidden ability Skill Link can work in specific setups. Pickup is the other option. Pick based on what your team needs.
Base 85 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Aipom is a physical attacker with base 70 Attack. Defensively? Fragile, can't afford to take many hits.
For Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, you can run Aipom through the first few routes without issues. 360 BST won't carry you far though. Get it to Ambipom as fast as you can.
Game Availability
