Run Away is the go-to ability for Aipom. It ensures success fleeing from wild battles. Its hidden ability Skill Link can work in specific setups. Pickup is the other option. Pick based on what your team needs.
Base 85 Speed is workable. Faster than some, slower than many. On offense, Aipom is a mixed attacker with base 70 Attack and 40 Sp. Atk. Defensively? Fragile, can't afford to take many hits.
