Is Absol Good in Legends: Z-A Playthrough?
Dark-type Absol from Hyperspace around level 38. Mega Absol pushes the Attack stat sky-high on fast cooldowns, making it one of the hardest-hitting Dark-types you can field. Dark coverage handles Ghost encounters and Psychic-type faction matchups. Fragile even in Mega form, but the damage output rarely gives opponents a second swing.

Absol Legends: Z-A Guide
In the Legends: Z-A meta, Absol already has 565 BST going for it, and Magic Bounce pushes the competitive value even higher. B-Tier sweeper on our tier list. Sucker Punch with Focus Sash is the standard set.
Mega Evolution isn't available in Legends: Z-A, but Absol does have a Mega form in Gen 6-7 games (X/Y, ORAS, Sun/Moon). Mega Absol hits 665 BST.
Absol gets Magic Bounce. But Magic Bounce is the one that matters. It's the centerpiece of every viable set. Build around that. With base 115 Speed, Magic Bounce gives Absol an edge before opponents can react.
Absol is a physical attacker with base 150 Attack. Speed tells the real story. Base 115 Speed lets it outrun most of the field. Fits the sweeper role.
