Who Is Snow Boy?
Snow Boy is a Snowman you can create by pushing two large snowballs together. His primary purpose is to give you DIY Recipes and Large Snowflakes, he has to be “perfect” before he will do that.
How To Make Snow Boy In Animal Crossing New Horizons
You can only make Snow Boy during the Winter months, below is a graph telling you what months he appears in, both hemispheres included.

To make a Snow Boy, you need two Snowballs of specific sizes; only two Snowballs appear on your Island daily, so be sure to get it right. (Snowballs only appear when your Island is cover with snow.) The body needs to be the maximum size, and you will know this when your character slows down while pushing it, the head needs to be a bit smaller. You will know you did it right (or wrong) because Snow Boy will tell you, and complain.
Note: Be careful; if you run your Snowballs into a Tree or onto the Sand, you will destroy them and will have to wait until tomorrow for new Snowballs to spawn.
